The Next Narrative Africa services may include, but are not limited to the programs, platforms, and activities offered by Next Narrative Africa, such as content development and production support, investment and grant funding, creative incubation and mentorship, strategic convenings and events, and other initiatives designed to support and promote African and diaspora storytellers across film, television, music, fashion, and gaming (collectively, the “Services”).

Your use of the Site and Services is subject to this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Use. By using the Site and/or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy, which may be updated by us at any time, in compliance with Section 8.A. below. You should review this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, you may not use the Site or Services. By using the Site and/or Services, you confirm that you understand and agree with this Privacy Policy. Please note that if you do not provide certain Personal Information to Next Narrative Africa when requested, we may not be able to provide you with access to all areas of the Site or the Services.

Next Narrative Africa does not share Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties except when we have your permission, as required by law, and/or under the following circumstances:

To the extent it is necessary for these third-party service providers to complete their contractual obligations to us, these third parties may have access to or process your personal information.
2. In some cases, in order to provide the features, functionality, and offerings available through and/or in connection with the Site and/ or Services, we provide information about you to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with us under confidentiality agreements.
3. We may share information about you to protect Next Narrative Africa, our employees, artists, funders, and other partners, such as to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use.
